L'Éthiquête — Restaurant in Nantes

Delicious! I'm surprised we could find such a nice vegan restaurant in Nantes!

I was really curious about their Tofish and chips, and even though we didn't get there that late, they had already ran out of chips. They did offer to replace the chips with veggies and we decided to give it a try, it was not the same experience but the Tofish was incredible!!! Definitely worth the try, even without chips. We also tried their bowl of the day, which this time consisted of rice, lentils and veggies, I really loved it!

I could complain tho about the service being a bit slow, but they only have one waitress so it's ok. If I'm ever back in Nantes I will...

Absolutely delicious lunch. Really friendly guys who are obviously passionate about what they do. Despite being English, and failing miserably at speaking french, they were very welcoming. We had tofish and chips on their recommendation and a vegan burger. All Fabulous. Loved the whole ethos. We were really glad we came across this when searching for vegan restaurants. Would definitely recommend. 5 Stars guys...

Impatients d'y revenir, nous avons renouvelé notre expérience de 3 ans auparavant. Nous avons pris burger et tofish, le burger excellent, crousti-moelleux avec plein de saveurs, seul hic : l'option fromage végétal à 1€. Petite déception sur le tofish, peut-être pas assez cuit et tofu caoutchouteux. Les frites maison très bonnes, un goût de trop peu... 😉 Grande déception pour le tiramisu, crème trop légère, manque de crémeux, et génoise remplacée par des petits Lu. On ne sent pas le café, et très petite quantité pour le prix. J'en ai parlé à la personne au comptoir mais elle ne semblait pas très concernée... 🙁 L'ambiance est sympa sur la terrasse en bois, peu de passage dans la rue. 🙂

Je pense que nous n'y reviendrons pas, dommage.

Commentaire d'origine : Excellent resto 100% végan ! On a dégusté un délicieux petit fromage de cajou en entrée avec des tranches de pain et un jus à l'extracteur. le tofish and chips est excellent, on en a repris un deuxième ! Burger, frites et sauces parfaits aussi. Moelleux au chocolat réussi, ainsi que les cinnamonn rolls hyper fondants... L'équipe est super sympa, on a très envie...
