I am from Atlanta, Georgia, and I have been to Nantes several times for leisure and work. Les Fleurs Du Malt is a gem among other cafes and bars. If you want the coldest and tastiest fresh-brewed French beer, you come here. I recommend starting with their number 3, the “Ale Pi Hey”, a tasty hazy IPA, followed by a number 14, “Minim Ale” with a sausage that melts in your mouth with every bite.
