Pizza was more good than okay, especially the dough. The place was very small and crammed, with what I assume was the owner's/chef's family occupying the biggest table, making an incredible amount of noise and with their children running around in the already crammed place. We asked if we could seat here and he insisted we could even though there was no place so we agreed. We ordered our pizzas and after they were done he asked 2 customers to move away so that 5 people could seat in a 4 people table... The 2 pizzas came within 10 minutes, which was quite fast and surpringly good... Except the fact that the third pizza took 4 times longer to arrive. We had asked for water before the first 2 pizzas, but he didn't bring us any (we even bought a glass of wine for 5 euros which surprisingly came in pretty fast). After the 3rd pizza arrived, one of the girls also asked for a glass of water, and so did we for the second time. The owner immedietly served the water, and insisted that both girls get served before us despite one of them not even having asked for water and us waiting 40 minutes for it! That and the loud weird noise making tap was a bit too much. He even asked us to rate him highly online, which makes me question the legitimacy of the 4.7 stars on google maps. Overall not the best experience, especially for the price (medium pizza for 12 euros while being squeezed and not properly served is worth...

Read moreLet's start with the positive: The caoricciosa was delicious. Not 100% Italian but still good. Size was OK. Music was also nice, seats outdoor available.
Now to the things to improve: Unfortunately, I needed to wait almost 30 mins until the waitress recognized that she forgot the table and took the order. OK, can happen. But then another 45 mins until I got my pizza. Meanwhile, 3 delivery services and plenty of other people grabbed their pizza. But the limit was that 5 people, which came almost 45 mins after me, already finished their pizza when I have received mine.
Sorry guys but that's not worth a tip. Your pizza has potential but your service needs URGENT ...
