Good American style burgers and home made fries. The seating outside is plentiful and a great spot on a sunny day. Good menu, lots of options for food and beers. Staff speak English and French. Order at the counter and they give you a vibrating token so you know when to come back and collect your order. The system works well, service was very quick. It's a burger joint in a busy touristy city, outside seating for the people watchers and smokers. It seems very popular with youngsters who have learnt that a happy meal is not a meal, and parents teaching their kids you can eat burgers without toys in the box and WiFi. You order at the counter and get a buzzer that goes off when your food has been cooked and is ready...

Autrefois très emballé à l'idée de manger au Roadside, il en est aujourd'hui autrement.

Ses points forts restent le cadre (dont on ne peut malheureusement profiter à cause du Covid) et les burgers vraiment bons, une mention spéciale pour le burger du moment, le Rocky Mountain, une tuerie qui quitte déjà la carte.

Ce qui terni le tableau c'est l'emballage du burger à emporter, peu pratique selon moi, le cuisinier devant "écraser" ce dernier pour bien refermer le papier, on se retrouve avec un burger peu esthétique à l'arrivée, perfectible à mon humble avis.

Ensuite, le sujet qui fait débat avec ma chérie : les frites, elles sont molles, brunes, souvent en petit morceaux et vraiment trop grasses. Elle aime; moi, en tant que belge, je n'y retrouve pas ce côté frites "comme en Belgique", tels qu'ils les présentent sur leur site internet, croustillantes à l'extérieur et fondantes à l'intérieur. Dommage.
