Suppli Factory — Restaurant in Nantes

Ok, honestly we were a little unsure about testing it. We are from Rome so for us supplì is a really important institution. Living in Paris since 2019 we tried many times to eat them and every time they were ultra expensive and sub par. Luckily, with supplì factory we had a really pleasant experience. The suppli are for sure different. First of they are round and second, there is basilic in the sauce. Even if they are different, they are ultra good and cheap. They were crispy outside, with rice and mozzarella spot-on. The sauce, although different, was savory and really well done.

GO THERE if you need a snack while roaming aroud.

Only bad point, I think they have a great product, but form outside the shop looks like one of the many Italian knock-off.

I never tried this kind of italian food and I thought that it wouldn't satisfy my hungry stomach, but surprisingly it was.

The "suppli" is big enough for me and the curry taste was good (not too much, not bland) which is an extra point for me. Their tiramisu was also good. I just wasn't a fan of the panacota because it's not as sweet as I have imagined.

The little ball (sorry I forgot the name) was good too. As someone who's not a big fan of veggies it was great! The bolognais sauce...

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant en commandant en ligne en service de livraison et quelle bonne surprise ! L'arancini (cône croustillant au riz moelleux) au boeuf braisé est une tuerie ! On retrouve dedans de la joue de bœuf braisée, de la compotée d’oignons, des tomates confites et du comté AOP, c'est fondant en bouche. Nous avons également essayé le Fermier, mais moins fan de celui-ci. Le suppli est vraiment bon (boule de risotto tomaté avec du parmesan, basilic, carottes, oignons et une mozzarella di bufala au milieu enrobé de chapelure), lors de nos commandes, souvent nous en avions 3 gratuitement (pour une commande au delà de 20€). La formule complète est vraiment avantageuse et pas chère (11€) Niveau entrée, le choix n'est pas large et reste basique (concombres, salades ou soupe). En dessert, je vous recommande la mousse au chocolat éclats de pralin, un délice ! PS : Il faut avoir bien faim pour manger une formule au complet car ça rempli bien...
