I didn’t have a good experience. My evening started off well, but that changed when I entered this restaurant where I was barely acknowledged. They seem to only care about couples or groups—respect apparently increases with the number of people you’re with.
Since I was traveling alone, I had to dine alone, and they clearly didn’t consider me. I didn’t feel welcome at all. I waited over 15 minutes before the dishwasher finally set my table and brought me water after the waiter had inexplicably cleared it (I’m not sure why). I should have left without saying a word when other customers noticed how rude the waiter was to me. He served cocktails to a couple who arrived after me but didn’t have the courtesy to bring me even a glass of water that I have askes for +5min ago..
When I started taking pictures and showed the dishwasher how unsatisfied I was with the service, the waiter suddenly became more respectful, polite, and careful with me. At least he tried, but he never apologized for his earlier behavior. And I wouldn't made this review that bad if his behavior wasn't that bad. When you talk to a client you look at him or when he asked for you, you do not tell him with your hand to quiet down even if you are already busy. It's education....
The food seemed okay but wasn’t particularly generous. You’re lucky I didn’t cause a scene in front of your other customers.
I don't like to give only bad points, so here some good points with the dishwasher guy and the girl who made me pay, they were nice, smiling and respectful. Thanks.
To sum up, I’m not satisfied with the experience. The way they treated me says a lot about how this place operates. I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend this place to my local friends or my online communities.
P.S.: The fish wasn’t worth the 29€ you charged me.

Read moreWe weren’t impressed by any of the restaurants recommended to us in Nice, but chose this place because it was close to our Airbnb, and we’re so glad we did. We loved it! The Chicken Yassa was outstanding; both the chicken and rice were perfectly seasoned. We also tried their specialty, beef cachupa, with a side of chili sauce- so flavorful and satisfying. Our kids ordered chicken nuggets and fries, and to our surprise, both were homemade and delicious (the nuggets were more like crispy chicken tenders). Service was 10/10, and although we can communicate in French, our waiter spoke perfect English, which made things even easier. We would have happily come back during our stay if it hadn’t been our last...
Read moreWe went to Port olympia to see some nice views and enjoy some good food. Unfortunately EVERY restaurant has the same boring menu with pizza or pasta… and then there is ô’cap. Beautiful and bright restaurant with lively and passionate staff. It’s a cape verde inspired restaurant. You can expect some lovely cape verdian dishes aswell as real and authentic grogue ( Rum from cape verde). A lovely cocktail paired with their soulfood gave our day an uplift. I’d see this place be full 24/7 with the view, food, drinks and service it has. 10/10 would come back when...
