The food was exceptional! The prefix menu was the perfect amount of food and you get way more than what you pay for. Started with the salad niçois au thon frais and it was superb beautiful presentation and well seasoned. The vegetables were fresh and great quality all around. The second course was the risotto and I was in heaven! It melted in your mouth with a bit of a bite; it was cooked perfectly. The final course was a crème brûlée cheesecake and I died. Overall the meal was one of the best I’ve had in France. The quant restaurant is lovely with soft subtle music playing in the background, warm lights and a comfortable homey feel. My server was a gem! She was attentive and accommodating and it was very apparent locals frequent the restaurant as many came in to greet her (most people were eating outside since it was quite warm.) They absolutely adore her, it was very heart warming to see. I highly recommend this place and it is worth going out of your way for an authentic and delicious...

In more words: This little restaurant tucked away near the port looks unassuming, so anyone who stumbles upon it is in for a treat. My boyfriend and I recently relocated to Nice from Paris and wanted to try some nearby places. The menu is small, but comprehensive - there is something for everyone. (A small menu is always a good sign for quality food!) Better yet: it is delicious! We ordered the risotto and parillada. I tasted both and both were to die for. The parillada is made with the catch of the day and the sides come from a fruit & veggie stand nearby. Everything was local, fresh and prepared to perfection. The pictures on google are 100% accurate. Not to mention that the staff were accommodating, helpful and welcoming.
I’m shocked it wasn’t busier. If you’re looking for a place to take your chérie near the port,...
Read moreThis was the best meal we've had so far! The selection is small, but the quality is extremely high. We had the lamb as our main course. It was very tender and the combination with couscous with pomegranate seeds and olives was particularly delicious. For dessert, we had caramelised brioche with apple and ice cream. - We were transported to heaven within a second. It was so utterly delicious! The service is extremely friendly and they were able to cater for allergies/intolerances with ease (Unfortunately, we had to realise that this is very rare in Nice. - Most of them did not know what exactly was in...
