Borghese Lust — Restaurant in Nice

Very pleasant location for some tapas style dinner. The dishes were quite good, we were specially impressed by the tuna tataki and the breaded chicken (photos of half eaten portion for those because they were that good 😁). The aubergine dish was the least favourite as it could be prepared as more flavourful (I would be glad to have something closed to baba ganoush). The service was really quick and pleasant and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very elegant and calm. We also got some nice wines of the day, served in a glass. Admittedly the staff is nice enough. Unfortunately the chicken schnitzel I’ve ordered was raw/uncooked in the middle. The waiter apologised and took it back, returning shortly with the same pieces of meat this time burnt. In hindsight that explains why my fries were hot but at the same time felt soggy and old , they just refried it...
