One of the best brunches I have ever had.
It is such a cozy cafe with creativity.
We have ordered a flat white and lemonade. The drinks were average but the food was amazing.
The brioche with strawberry was so creative. I expected it would be sweet( which is) but appreciated it was with some sourness due to rhubarb. Very good combination with cream, buttery brioche, freshness of strawberry, pistachio, maple syrup and edible flowers:)
Winter burrata toast was also so good as a savoury option. The crust of Sour dough was quite hard but the combination of bread, olive oil with some seeds was already nice. But together with mushroom and spinach it was perfect. Burrata was nice for diversity.
I was happy that the options they give are not just simple such as Avocado sandwiches or egg benedict.

The milk was steamed too thick for a flat white and there was too much milk in relation to the amount of coffee. In addition, milk was steamed for various drinks in advance, which is a no-go from my point of view. And unfortunately, the taste of the flat white didn't convinced me.
