This is their third café in Nice, and each one seems better than the last. They offer absolutely delicious food, with a great selection of gluten-free and vegetarian options—which is quite rare to find in Nice. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal.
However, while the food and ambiance are exceptional, there are a few service-related issues you should be prepared for:
They might take your order even when there are no free tables available, leaving you awkwardly standing with your food and drinks.
Reserving a table while your companion is in the queue is not allowed. On a few occasions, I was even asked to free a table while my wife was placing our order at the counter. This could mean you’ll end up with food but no place to sit.
They sometimes ask smaller groups to move to smaller tables, which is understandable when the café is full, but it feels unnecessary when the place is nearly empty.
Despite these inconveniences, the café is an incredible place with fantastic food that I would highly recommend to anyone. Just keep these small quirks in mind when visiting, and you’ll still have a...
Read moreVery bad service! We were very regular customers and always came to this coffee shop to study and hangout and typically ordered a lot of things. However, the last times we went we were treated very disrespectfully and rudely by the manager? Or first waiter, male, who seemed to be in charge. Even though the cafe was empty, he said we overstayed our welcome and we didn’t order enough even though we ordered 2 burgers 2 juices and a cake! We were apparently drinking too much tab water and taking up space even though it was empty anyways! Such a rude man who really don’t respect regular customers! Food is average and cake is OVERPRICED! Don’t come here if you want a...

The food is below average at most. We ordered American waffle for my kid, the chicken was with spicy powder, the waffle was stale and old. We took 2 bites and left the rest. Bagel pastrami was not a real bagel(of course not what was I thinking). It was black bun with 2 thin slices of pastrami inside. The lady beside us had more than half left! Eggs Benedict came with cumin flavored avocado? It’s ok to be innovative but this was not the way.
Prices are not bad for a hangout spot, but for this quality I would rather buy from a supermarket. Will never come back or...
