Le Cyrnos — Restaurant in Nice

Don't come here on Sunday afternoon if you want decent service; we arrived about 2 P.M and almost everything that could go wrong went wrong. Bad service (everything such as oil, winegar and pepper was missing on our table, there were simply not enough of these items, and when asking for it we were treated like unwanted and annoying customers), three different and stressful waiters, half of the order did finally not exist and nothing came at the same time so while two of us were eating, the three others still waited. The children's menu was very poorly served, just some tired fries and very not-homemade nuggets on top on a tiny plate with no vegetables what so ever. The two ordered ice-creams came together as one single plate and so on. We didn't know whether to laugh or to cry when we discovered that they had put an additional main course and a desert we never ordered never had on our bill... I suppose this restaurant might be alright when sitting outside watching the sea with the sun on your face, just don't expect any fantastic flavours or...

Wanted to try the food at this place following all the good reviews but didnt have a chance following the bad service they gave me. I turned up asking for a table for 1 (im a solo traveller and there were plenty tables for 2 free). I was told to wait and then ignored by not 1, not 2 but 3 waiting staff. A group of 2 turned up 5 mins after me and were seated immediately. No apology but just seemed i wasn't noted as it was only me (the groups of 2+ were their priority). I walked after 15 mins of waiting and found somewhere else on the front. I think it was terrible that this place was just interested in where the big bucks were - no customer service - just want the tips from the big parties. I would recommending somewhere else - food looked ok but elsewhere you can get food + good service. Plus overpriced compared to restaurants...

We went to the bar and asked for a drink my boyfriend who doesn't know french was ignored basically. When I came over to communicate better we were told we couldn't order at the bar(I saw several other customers do so) we went took a seat by the beach which is nice but not special for the area. The waiter came over told as to change tables for no reason we very rude when I saw him point and laugh at us before being over ate drinks that had less than a shot return to then charge us 20e. Extremely disappointed...
