This place seemed nice at first but now we have waited for over one hour and no food in sight. In the last 30 minutes I have seen almost no food go out of the kitchen. No explanation, we got some peanuts and nothing else. So if you are looking for a quiet disappointment and long hours of waiting, this is the place for you! And one last thing, the toilet had no toilet paper so you need to be creative.

Time for part 2. We have waited for two hours and we are wondering what have happened to the kitchen. People are getting a second batch of peanuts but almost no food. I asked the waiter if it was worth waiting because he told us 45 minutes ago that the food should arrive in 15 minutes. Now our waiter is making wild gestures to anyone asking questions and he just says "kitchen, kitchen" when asked anything. The final drop of this mighty train wreck was when we saw our waiter start to slam glasses to the bar. The mood got kind of threatening, first time I have seen that in a restaurant, and we simply walked away from this insult of a...

We waited 20 minutes to be served and ended up leaving after no effort was made to even approach our table. The restaurant wasn’t busy. The waiter saw us, walked by our table several times and made eye contact, but chose to chat and laugh with the bartender instead rather than serve us. My impression is that they’re rude and dismissive to English speaking customers. We live in Nice and will never step foot in this café again. There are better places with superior food and polite service. Don’t waste your time with these rude servers. There’s clearly a culture of arrogance at this...

Wasn’t the worst and wasn’t the best. I got the tapas they were nice but honestly tasted like it was freezer food. We asked to get a starter and the waiter brought my food out with the starter. After we realized that the waiter wasn’t going to bring out my boyfriends food we asked him to bring it out. I tried to wait to eat my tapas while I was waiting for my boyfriends food but they didn’t bring it out for 30mins. My Boyfriend ordered the duck and came out two tiny piece with a bowl of mash potatoes. Think he paid €27 for it. Rip off. The waiter was not friendly and did not want...

A small brasserie in Nice where we left disappointed before going to the Festival de Nice. The prices are high for what you get, but the serving and location are top notch. I had the club sandwich and, even though I paid 15€ for it, it didn't come with fries. This is almost a crime for the Club sandwich as everyone knows it contains fries as a side. The salad I received was also disappointing: 2, max 3 leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes.

Great little spot just to the corner of the busy strip. Had steak, club sandwich and frogs legs. The waiters went out of their way to show us how to eat the frogs legs correctly and managed to do it without being condescending. They kept us looked after very well all night. I would like to add that the frogs legs were one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Great price for the area

When i was looking at the menu the waiter walked up, i told him about my allergy and he immediately said “we’ll take care of you” and he meant it. Assured me that each dish did not have nuts (and when travelling in europe where you don’t speak the language, this can be nerve-wracking). Food was delicious and the espresso martinis was amazing.
