The setting is modest and pleasant but belies the quality of the food. My pâté de fois gras was delicious in itself and yet highlighted by the fruit coulis and toasted brioche that accompanied it. The large helping of veal sweetbread that followed was cooked just right. My cheese course was generous and good.
