Do not go to this brasserie if you have children or in a rush. We were caught in a thunderstorm with 2 babies as otherwise would have left in the 20 mins it took to clear our table from the previous clients. With two babies not being able to touch the table or do any activity because of the detritus was not easy. When the waitress finally did come she only cleared half then disappeared again. Finally got table cleared and finally able to see a menu by this time one very hungry toddler!!

Ordered tagliatelle carbonara and it was the worst one I’ve eaten in a while. It was cold and the chips with the croque provençal were also cold and both had to be sent back to be warmed up. No offer of ketchup or Parmesan to go with meals. Even when heated up it was sub standard. And we waited in total 45 mins to get barely heated up food.

We've been here twice. For the first time we were served by a waiter, at that visit was perfect - a fast, accurate and pleasant service with reasonable prices. However, for the second time we were served by a waitress. And that time was completely different.

Firstly, she chose for us more expensive wine (since cheaper wine had been already over) without our acceptance - we just didn't have time to say no. Moreover, the chosen wine was almost twice more expensive.

Secondly, when I was paying the bill, she asked us about amount of tips which we ready to leave. I said five percent, but she still set ten percent on the card paying terminal without any notice about that! I didn't check the final sum, and I just paid more than I suppose to. I think it's...

Many years ago before there was a very nice french restaurant in this place. We came back to see them and taste their delicious french food. Alas, the new restaurant..... what a great disappointment! When I chew something weird and pulled out of my mouth, I found a very short curly black hair in the salad and notified it to the manager. He said "I don't understand. I don't know. There are many people eating here. They never say this." What does that supposed to mean? There was no apology. When they billed us to pay for that plate I knew that he thought I was lying. To get sixteen euro free food!!!! Never was I treated that badly in any other country nor did I found more disrespectful attitude and response from the manager. Would you want that...
