We made a reservation with "the fork" application. In the application the restaurant has indicated that they are "dog friendly". Wen we arrived, they refused to serve us because we had a dog. They have explained that the restaurant only accepts dogs on the terrace in summer. The they flagged our reservation as "no show", which is not true. A word of advice to the restaurant: if you do not accept dog, just don't put "dog friendly" feature on your page. We did not pass randomly, but were driving for 30 minutes to get there.
Edit in response to the restaurant's comment : we had one 10 kilo dog and one 2 kilo dog. How are these two big size dogs?? Have you ever seen a big size dog? You said it was a last-minute reservation, but we have reserved 1.5 hours before. In addition, your waitress specifically said that dogs were not allowed AT ALL in the wintertime, regardless of the size. We have traveled around the world, and all restaurants that put a "dog friendly" feature accept dogs. Yours is the first where we had this problem in more than 15 years. We were 10 minutes late because it was hard to park in the area. If 10 minutes is intolerable for your restaurant, it's probably good that your clients can read about it here. Also, please note that using a mean tone in response to a client's complaint is always very indicative of the culture of your establishment. ApĂ©ritif servi en terrasse. Les commandes dâalcool ne sont pas respectĂ©es, le nombre et les quantitĂ©s ne sont pas connues par les serveuses⊠pourtant un devis a bien Ă©tĂ© fait et signĂ©âŠ
JournĂ©e chaude, les amuses-gueules sont disposĂ©s sur les tables en plein soleil alors que les invitĂ©s sont Ă lâombre sous les parasols. Il ne vient pas Ă lâidĂ©e aux serveuses de les dĂ©placer sur les tables prĂšs des invitĂ©s. Nous avons dĂ» faire le service sous leur yeux, sans rĂ©action.
Des adolescents souhaitent avoir un soda, rĂ©ponse des serveuses : il nây en a plus⊠il est 12h20. Aucune conscience professionnelle ne leur a dit de prendre une initiative et dâaller en chercher Ă lâĂ©picerie du coin pour satisfaire le client. Du moins, de proposer au gĂ©rant cette solution. Non, pensez-vous ! Je prĂ©cise que le restaurant Ă©tait presque vide. Les serveuses nâĂ©taient pas dĂ©bordĂ©es. Vous me direz que ça ferait tache dans la comptabilitĂ©, une dĂ©pense sans facture dâun fournisseur ! La peur du fisc sans doute !
Le repas est servi dans la salle climatisĂ©e. Belle salle, bon repas mais le service est toujours aussi dĂ©plorable. Il faut demander Ă chaque fois du pain et de lâeau.
Les plats sont trĂšs bons mais le service ne suit pas.
Le gĂ©rant rĂ©pond au commentaire en disant quâil prend en compte les remarques pour apporter une meilleure qualitĂ© de service, câest faux ! Au vu des autres commentaires, rien ne change !
Accueillez les clients avec le sourire ou bien faites semblants ! Soignez le service, formez les serveuses un minimum si le bon sens nâest pas innĂ© chez elles.
