I booked my table through the Google Maps button, and the confirmation was instant. The restaurant is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, giving off the authentic vibe of a local hangout. That impression was confirmed the moment I stepped inside—the atmosphere is intimate, warm, and convivial.

The service was excellent; the waiter was incredibly helpful, taking the time to clearly explain each dish and its preparation, which immediately put me at ease.

For the entrée, I had the pâté. While it’s not usually my go-to, I’m glad I ordered it just for the unique presentation: they bring the entire pan to the table along with a jar of pickles, letting you serve yourself as much as you’d like.

The main course, an entrecôte, was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and accompanied by French fries and a trio of delicious sauces. I paired it with a glass of Côtes du Rhône, which was excellent, though I would have preferred it to be poured at the table.

Overall, a fantastic experience—highly...

Went to this restaurant after a one hour trip to the Catacombs. And boy was that the right decision!

The friendly, and handsome waiter, took the time to explain the all French menu in English for us which was super nice service.

In terms of the actual meals, the lamb shank was amazing. And to dip the French baguette table bread (complimentary) into the gravy and potato mash was absolutely heavenly.

Partner got the interesting Sausage with beef intestines, which is unique Parisian delicacy - but probably very polarising based on the texture and smell. The beef tartare we shared also was good.

If I had to nit pick, I think the Crème brûlée wasn’t torched correctly, as you can see the picture shows the left side a bit burnt but also with sugar granules that didn’t caramelise at all (ie the top was a...

My wife and I had one of the best experiences in Paris at this restaurant. The waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to translate the entire menu into English for us. His warm and engaging demeanor made us feel welcome and allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our lunch.

The chef's dishes were absolutely outstanding. The beef tartare, fries, and salad were incredibly flavorful, and the duck was perfectly cooked. The parsnip purée was a delightful surprise, introducing me to a dish I didn’t realize I would love so much.

The desserts, crème brûlée and café gourmand, were equally exceptional.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience and delicious food. We can’t wait to return the next time...

What an incredible meal! We started with a refreshing tomato gazpacho that set the tone perfectly. For mains, the hanger steak and entrecôte were both cooked beautifully and served with three standout sauces: a rich béarnaise, a punchy pepper sauce, and a red wine reduction that honestly stole the show. Each bite was better than the last. We finished with a classic French dessert—meringue with a silky vanilla sauce—that was light, sweet, and absolutely delicious. On top of the amazing food, the service was warm, friendly, and so accommodating. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Can’t wait to go back!
