Went this July 2025 on vacation. Had dinner costing approximately $145.00 I went to the bar to pay using their card reader. The waitress said it didn't go through and instead of trying again, I just paid with the rest of my euros cash since we were leaving to USA the next day. I then go home to US and a few weeks later notice that it DID get charged to my account. I wrote them and sent them photos of us there. showing the date and time stamp.. the screenshot of it debited from my account showing the posting of the day after we were there, which is normal. But the code of the title in my bank account wasn't exactly the name of their restuarant. I told them it was just code. They aren't going to put the full name of the restuarant. They have yet to get back to me. They refuse even though all of my photos show the day and time and the bank debit makes sense. We didn't go to any other place or restuarant that day. I think this is a way they rip off tourists. I think it's possible they have a fake reader that says "denied" and then they show that to the customer. Then the original swipe goes through and they get double. So they basically got 300 Euros from me. For a small dinner that made me so sick with food poisoning (from the salmon) that I was vomiting for hours that night. Do not get the salmon. It smelled fishy- should of known better. :(

No English menu but the food is good and dispite the somewhat bad reviews it was PACKED locals love it so we gave it a try. Didn't disappoint. If you don't speak French, don't act like they should speak English. It's a French restaurant be patient, it's a busy place you can't expect them to stand for 5 mins translating the menu. Use the google translate app.

Lovely owner and staff, and both the quantity and quality of food are very satisfying. I took my family there twice in a row and they couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a Parisian brasserie, just go, since it’s one of the good ones in rue Daguerre.

Il me répond : "JE M'EN FOUS".

PLEASE run away! Sadly, this place is NOT worth it.

This is a horrible place with overpriced, tasteless food. I had an incredibly unpleasant experience while being there. The servers were very rude and seemed to enjoy it. The food was very bad, I also ordered a piña colada (€9!!!!) and all I got was unmixed pineapple juice with rum. After a while I felt so uncomfortable that I just half finished my food, paid and left. 🙁

I hate leaving bad reviews, and I normally don't need to, but this place was just awful and there are better options...
