We came a long way from the center to try these burgers. The waiter told us that there was no way for us to sit inside because a larger group made a reservation (even though there was still a small table we couldnât sit there). I think it was his boss that insisted and I felt that he was really sorry about having to place us outside in the cold. I asked him for a recommendation and he showed us the two most popular burgers on the menu. We ordered both of them (the pulled pork and pulled beef). The pork one was excellent, 5/5 stars⊠the beef one we didnât enjoy that much⊠thatâs why I decided to place it in the middle at 4/5. The waiter later explained us the beef one is a traditional French recipe and the beef is slow cooked in a wine. I personally didnât like this strong wine taste in the burger. The potatoes were okay⊠a bit too oily and lacking salt. I also found the area a bit creepy at night (we went there around 10-11pm) because we came with the train and returned with the bus, and on our way back a homeless guy persecuted us.
