My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Japanese restaurant during our visit to Paris, thanks to my aunt, who used to live nearby and frequented it with her family. After dining here, it’s easy to see why it’s been a beloved local spot for years.

The food was absolutely phenomenal – every bite bursting with flavor and authenticity. The menu offers a great variety of choices, ensuring there’s something to delight everyone. The prices have remarkably stayed the same for the last six years, a testament to the owner’s respect and dedication to the local community.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and patient, which made the experience even more enjoyable since French isn’t our first language. The cozy, inviting, and quiet atmosphere added to the charm, making it the perfect place to relax and savor a delicious meal.

Das Ayama Restaurant in Paris ist ein wahres Juwel für Liebhaber der japanischen Küche! Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich wie in Japan – die authentische Dekoration und die gemütliche Atmosphäre tragen dazu bei, dass man sofort in die Kultur eintaucht.

Die Speisen sind einfach hervorragend. Jedes Gericht ist liebevoll zubereitet und überzeugt mit frischen Zutaten und intensiven Aromen. Besonders die Sushi-Auswahl war ein Highlight – frisch und perfekt angerichtet.

Der Service ist ebenso beeindruckend. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und kennt sich hervorragend mit der Speisekarte aus. Sie stehen jederzeit mit Empfehlungen zur Seite und sorgen dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt.

Très bon, serveur extrêmement sympathique (rien que pour ça, j'y retournerai !) J'ai pris le menu futomaki : la salade de chou est bonne, la soupe miso est un peu fade (donc si vous allez au japonais pour la soupe miso, ce n'est pas la meilleure adresse). Le riz est peu vinaigré mais il est bon, les portions sont assez généreuse et les ingrédients ont du goût. Dans le futomaki, il y a concombre, radis salé, avocat, saumon, thon, surimi (classique). Le wasabi est divin. Gingembre ok. Prix corrects (entre 13 et 15 euros le menu en moyenne, je n'ai pas regardé en détails). Il y a de quoi manger pour les végétariens stricts (les raviolis japonais gyosa sont aux légumes !), les vegans peuvent sans doute s'y retrouver aussi. En plus ils sont très conciliants pour les modifications (demander du fromage à la place du saumon dans certains makis par exemple).
