Le Four — Restaurant in Paris

Seriously the best pizza I’ve had in years!!! A small place, friendly faces. Outstanding pizza al taglio (by weight/slice) even better & cheaper than Rome, where I recently spent time sampling many of the city’s best pizzas. Le Four nails it!!!

So unexpected. Salad with parmigiana & hazelnuts comes with your slice, which is honestly just perfectly balanced with the freshest ingredients and quality products plus the perfectly crisp crust and ratio of saltiness.

Very good pizza and super friendly service with a great energy & vibe. I got the margherita, which leaves little room for a mediocre pizza to hide. For a non Neapolitan pie, the dough was a good balance of crispy and chewy with fluffy doughy ends. The tomato sauce was bright and flavorful without being over seasoned, thus letting the natural flavor of good tomatoes shine through. The moz was nice and melty and not greasy. We were staying down the street at Hotel de la Porte Doree. We had their four cheese pizza and it was SOOO tasty and great price. The guy working there was incredibly friendly, with the warmest, most lovely smile. All while working his butt off too. Amazing, flavourful cheese combination on the pizza. Perfectly cooked.
