BA FANG — Restaurant in Paris

If there is a restaurant that pushes the boundaries of expectations and turns dinner into an experience, it’s this one. From the very first step inside, you feel a special vibe – a cozy, relaxed atmosphere with warm and thoughtful details. The location is excellent, easy to reach, yet quiet enough to enjoy without rush or noise.

Starter – duck. Incredibly tender, with crispy skin and a rich, deep flavor that simply melts in your mouth. After the very first bite, I knew I was in for a memorable evening.

Main dish – ramen soup. This wasn’t just ramen, it was poetry in a bowl. Perfectly balanced flavors, broth that warms both soul and body, noodles with ideal texture, and every bite revealed a new layer of carefully combined ingredients.

Dessert – mango tapioca pearls. Light, fresh, and exotic – the perfect finale to the whole experience. The mix of creamy tapioca and vibrant mango was a true surprise and the ultimate finishing touch.

And then – the staff. Absolutely amazing, incredibly kind and attentive, always with a smile and just the right amount of care. They made the whole evening even more special and added a personal warmth to the experience.

All together? 11/10. Not just food, but an unforgettable experience – a blend of top-level cuisine, fantastic atmosphere, great location, and wonderful people who make this restaurant...

We ordered delivery food, we are on holiday from uk. We thought it was excellent! Really different food- delicious! We ordered all vegetarian dishes- the Fried mushrooms starter was very tasty- we loved the ravioli (pot stickers) all the vegetable noodle dishes had very wide homemade noodles- very tasty- My favourite was the fried aubergine dish. We also enjoyed the egg and tomato dish- never eaten anything like that before. We would love to know is this from a specific region in China.

While traveling in Paris, I came across this cozy little shop. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. I tried their beef hand-pulled noodles, and to my surprise, they tasted even better than the ones I’ve had in Lanzhou back home. The beef was rich and flavorful, the seasoning was perfectly balanced, and the handmade noodles were wonderfully chewy. It really helped ease the fatigue of traveling. Definitely a hidden gem in Paris—I’ll be coming...
