The best Vietnamese restaurant outside Vietnam My favorite restaurant in Paris for its quality/price.

The owner/ manager gave us a warm welcome. He was very personable. We found out he spoke with fluency at least 3 languages: French (of course), Vietnamese & English. He had no hesitation in answering our questions about himself. He made us felt at ease.
All the dishes we had were tasty and delicious. The use of spices were spot on, complementing the main ingredients instead of overpowering them. I truly cannot say with certainty which of the dishes we had at this restaurant is my favorite; they were all good or very good.
If I have the chance to return to Paris, I will definitely dine at this...
