What a terrible experience. I understand it was a saturday night, the restaurant was full, but the waiters were nowhere near friendly. Even, the were very tough and mean. A coke 0 took more than 30 minutes to be delivered, and when i asked the waitress, she said : vous l'avez dejà commandé? I said : yes 30 minutes ago, and then she said : ca va arriver enfin... but to be fair, the manager bring it at the end herself, after the mean waitress didn't care about the request. We were a table of 13, even though we reserved a week before, we were never told about the " menu reduit" until the same day of the reservation, and we didn't have any other choice bcz it was too late to book elsewhere. The menu reduit just for everyone to know is just 4 platters, just because we are a group of 12 😅 which i don t understand the concept. Anw, we had a birthday, so the birthday girl brought her own cake because they didn't have a proper cake, when we ordered the bill they added 10€/person as a cake service fee, which means 130€, which is unacceptable. When we called the manager to talk with him, and we told him that we didn't enjoy the experience, he told us : c'est pas grave, c est juste par ce qu on a ajouté les 10€/personne. Imagine how arrogant and mean the staff were. A very bad experience not to be repeated. I ve heard that the restaurant on the 8th floor had better reputation, but unfortunately the restaurant of the 1st floor is...

What a bad experience. The mama shelter HQ needs to look at the running of this branch. It doesn’t seem like they take complaints seriously judging by comments on google. We had drinks/food on the terrace and I wouldn’t recommend this place :

The ‘hostesses’ are far from welcoming. No help. Not friendly. Strange they can’t help foreign customers in English considering it’s a hotel. No indication of how to order. True ‘Parisian’ attitude. They should replace these existing ones. The staff do not know how to use the ordering system. And the menu design / UX is bad. We wanted to order food / water but told different variations on how to do it or told it wasn’t possible. We were told food was not possible on the terrace. This is not true. Bar food is possible. Not the main menu. We had to find out from other customers that it was possible. We had to ask 6 or 7 times for our water. It a started raining heavily when we arrived. Luckily the umbrellas worked. But they had already delivered the drinks and not once did they offer assistance to move us inside or see if we were ok. This was not a little a shower but full monsoon. Bear in mind we arrived at 5.30pm and there was nobody…

Overall overpriced for poor quality of service. Won’t be going...

Went there with the family for New Years Eve. Fantastic views and very chill atmosphere. The pizza chef was very welcoming and said hello when we walked in, which set the stage for a pleasant evening.

We got a cozy table in the corner.

The kids chose from the kids' menu- which included a pizza of choice, drink, and dessert- raspberry, and marsapone ice cream was a favourite!

The pizza was fluffy, crispy, and delicious - even the adults fought over a piece or two!

We ate a Stracciatella-cheese dip with truffle, crispy artichokes. Followed by squid, octopus salad, and then a seabass ceviche. Wow! The flavours (with some unusual combinations) worked and were surprisingly good. The service staff were happy to helpful to answer questions. Would like to go back to try some other dishes and the desserts...
