Terrible Experience!

I had lunch with a customer yesterday, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience.

There were four of us, and we ordered four main dishes (three fish and one beef). Two dishes arrived first, then we had to wait another 20 minutes for the third. After that, we endured a long, frustrating wait for the fourth dish.

During this time, several waiters came by and asked what we were waiting for. We explained we were still missing one dish. Each time, they nodded and walked away—yet no one followed up or came back with an update.

After waiting for over 1-1.5 hour, we raised our complaint again—this time to a lady who appeared to be the manager. She finally informed us that they were out of beef and unable to serve the dish. But if that was the case, why did no one inform us earlier or offer to substitute the order?

Strangely, about 15 minutes later, a waiter brought out the beef dish we had ordered! How could they say it was unavailable and then serve it anyway?

In total, we waited nearly two hours for our meal. We barely had 10 minutes to eat—no time for dessert—and had to rush to our next meeting. It was truly a nightmare. until we leave, nobody made an appologize to us.

What's more frustrating is that the restaurant wasn’t even busy that day. I have no idea how they manage their service. additionally, the first two fish dishes are obviously over cooked.

If you don't want to be disappointed, I strongly suggest avoiding...

The restaurant is run more like a canteen, where customers are expected to order, eat, and leave as quickly as possible. If you’re looking for an enjoyable dining experience, this is definitely not the place. Unless you’re happy to be treated like you’re in a school cafeteria, I would recommend avoiding it.

Was there with a group of eight friends, expecting a pleasant evening, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but that. Despite being told in advance that we had the table until 21:15, the staff began pressuring us to leave by 20:30 for the second service. We were not even allowed to order dessert, which felt both rushed and disrespectful. The constant harassment to vacate the table made it impossible to enjoy the meal, and we eventually had to leave by 20:45.

To make matters worse, part of our group arrived at 20:20 but weren’t allowed to order drinks, as the staff claimed it would delay their schedule—even though several empty tables were available around us. This was particularly embarrassing because I had clients visiting from abroad who were attending the prestigious wine purchase event right below the restaurant . The way the manager spoke to us was unprofessional and dismissive, lacking any sense of customer service or hospitality.

Avoid the restaurant if you are looking for a pleasant customer...

Nice view and (mostly) nice food.

Unfortunately the service was pretty bad. The waitress brought us drinks menu and brought our drinks but didn't give us any food menu for over 30 minutes. She was ignoring us and not stopping by to check on us at all. Not sure if the fact that we weren't French came to play, as she was far more attentive to the French people sitted just behind us. That wasn't language barrier either, as she spoke English and we had enough knowledge of French to order in French, if needed.

Eventually we asked about the menu the other server and he gave the menu breakdown to us and another table (that table was also not give the food menu for the very long time). That server was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed interacting with him. He was great! Wish he was helping us from the beginning.

The food was good. Fried chicken appetizer was delicious and the sauce was amazing! The bread with veggies was nice. Steak was great. However I was very very disappointed in Ratatouille. It didn't taste like anything and I barely finished it.
