Went there because my hotel recommended the place. When I first walked in some blonde lady ( possible owner ) purposely ignored me 3 times , I saw some other waiter& he sat me. I ordered my drinks right away and he brought them, I was ready to order and he said the lady takes the orders , she never came so when I saw him again I asked him if he could put a carbonara pasta in for me , he told her. My food got there and she didn’t bring Parmesan cheese and didn’t stop at any point while I was eating to see if the food was okay or if I needed anything. On top of it, it was terrible. First, who puts artichokes in a carbonara? (I’m actually an artichoke lover ) second, they tasted rancid. While I was eating someone got sat next to me and the lady brought them the specials menu and bread which obviously I didn’t get. The person next to me actually ordered carbonara too and of course she got Parmesan with her food. The blonde lady ( which was supposed to be my server but looks like she kind of runs the place ) never even looked at me so i couldn’t ask her for the check , once again I had to ask someone else and of course it was never brought to me. I had to get up and go to her and ask her for it, I just stood there and waited to get charge. I’m not sure why she was being like that to me , I don’t think they way I look because I had just came back from a Photoshoot and was well dressed with hair and make up done. Came with a child without a reservation on opening Saturday. We were allowed to have dinner but in an hour. Started ordering off the menu, it turned out that on a Saturday, when everything was booked at 7pm, half the menu wasn't available. How strange. Ordered meat Milanese with fries for the child. They brought a burnt piece of meat with mashed potatoes that was impossible to eat. The children's menu included a drink and dessert. We had to remind them of the dessert, because the waiter didn't care about our table. The drink was never brought. We are shocked by these positive reviews after our experience.
