Trattoria Firenze — Restaurant in Paris

This is my third time here and living in Paris for 4 yrs and no stranger to Paris service. Today , we stood for 10 minutes with an infant and nobody showed us a seat until we interrupted them . 30 minutes after sitting , we still have no menu though we asked them repetitively. Finally someone took our order but 45 minutes later still no food or water on the table . People who came later than us are being seated and served whereas they are not paying any attention to us though we have an infant . Finally, we decided to do a take away as my kid was getting impatient and it has been over 80 minutes and then we are informed that they don’t have our order. What a shame as the servers have time to chat with other, shake hands ,cleanup but no attention to the table in front of them with no food for over an hour.

We left the restaurant without hearing one shred of apology. It’s a shame that they lost a family of customers living in neighborhood and we have seen so many restaurants in the street closing down due to bad customer service. Hope that you guys do better in...

Family outing wife son and I went out for pizza. Right when we walked in we were not treated very well. Servers were actually rude to my wife and not friendly at all. We ordered 1 pizza 2 deserts and one pork entry. The brought pork appetizer a few minutes later kinda through deserts on the table and then brought us the pizza. No extra plates. We asked for plates and they brought one plate, there were 3 of us. Are we suppose to share a plate? Pizza was not as ordered, my wife didn't want to send it back for fear it would be returned with additional flavors in it. We left pretty unhappy. Won't go back. Don't recommend. My family spent 6 months in Paris and we lived across the street from Trattoria Firenze. We LOVED this place. We went once a week. We got take out pizza all the time. They made a special pizza for our son who doesn’t like tomato sauce. They were incredibly kind and welcoming and delightful. Melvin was our server most of the time and we just adored him!!
