Burgart — Restaurant in Paris

We came here last night… We are back again at 17.30 of the day after. Spent 25 euros for a Superfin burger, basic mountain (both with normal fries) and a coke zero. (Try the sweet potato fries) Must say, we would pay more than this for this amazing place. The owner (seems to be) is very friendly. He is so confident about the meals he sells, that he told us to get two different burgers so we could “test” a little bit more of his restaurant. You don’t wait long at all (even on a friday night) and the food is WOW. If you are in Paris and just want a meal outside of french food, please for your own mental health, come here!! We wanted to try some burger and fries for our last night in Paris and stumbled in here after our first choice was unexpectedly closed.

Back home in Minnesota there are a lot of new burger chefs slinging some delicious meat and this burger is right there ready to challenge anything back home. We got the superfin, it was cooked perfectly and served on a fantastic bun with perfectly paired toppings. Fries and pepper sauce for dipping were also on point.

Our French speaking is very bad and the host was able to translate anything we had issue understanding. Had we gone here our first night it would have been tough to not spend every night of our stay in Paris trying all...

Déià petite mention spéciale au nom de famille qu'on partage tous les deux : Art. Une chose est sûre, ce n'est pas pour faire jolie car ils savent préparer de bons burgers maison avec art ! C'est juste terriblement bon, c'est frais, il y a du goût, c'est cuisiné, et on sent que c'est fait avec passion... Ce sont vraiment des burgers de qualité. Le service est top, on est aux petits oignons avec vous jusqu'a la fin. À l'intérieur, c'est bien décoré, mention spéciale pour la sculpture qui sort des murs : elle est assez fascinante. Sur la photo : Le Basic Montain (12€ avec les frites), avec son bœuf VBF Metzger, son très bon reblochon AOC, trévise, speck, oignons fris et sa sauce maison. Le steak est très bon, c'est de la viande de qualité. Le pain est à base de fécule de pomme de terre, c'est une bonne idée ! On a une ambiance tartiflette en bouche, sans alourdir le Burger avec une galette de pomme de terre. Les frites qui sont croustillantes et délicieuses, elles ne sont absolument pas négligées. La bière qui est une pinte de Castor pression (6,90€), une bière québécoise très bonne et très ratraîchissante. Bref vous l'avez compris j'ai kiffe, ça me donne l'eau à la bouche d'écrire cette petite review pour vous, ça me donne envie d'y retourner... Et je l'ai fait !
