2 Bis Café — Restaurant in Paris

I came today with my 7 friends and the service was horrible. The first turn I ordered went well and we paid right after we got the drinks. When I wanted to order some other drinks, I came out and talked to the waitress and the cashier. I told them that I wanted to order and they told me I had to pay in cash. I did not understand why so I asked my friend to come and translate to me. The point is paying with card with minimum10£. The cashier was not patient and she told me to order with the waitress. Fine. I talked to the waitress but she said for the payment problem, talk to the cashier. I came back to the cashier and she said to the waitress: " TALK TO THEM BECAUSE I AM GETTING MAD". ???????? This bar has reasonable prices compared to the rest of Paris. 11€ for burger and chips, 4€ pint and 6€ cocktails. Food however is BAD quality, mirrored by the price I suppose. The fries were pretty good but we ordered burgers which came basically raw. For a steak this isn’t so bad but they were evidently cheap frozen patties which we could’ve bought ourselves for much less. The staff are so rude, so impatient and clearly don’t care about providing good customer service. The place is pretty cramped with tiny tables and chairs you can barely fit on. Overall I will say that the place has a good vibe, it’s bustling and at least drinks are of good value. Go as long as you’re not eating and don’t mind bad...

Best place to eat or just chill in Paris! Very affordable prices (coming from a person who thinks 15e for a meal is A LOT). Good atmosphere, not many people surprisingly. Food is tasty, portions are big. The cocktails have a generous amount of alcohol in them and only go for 6-7e, which is insanely cheap for what i've seen in Paris. And best of all, the service is immaculate. The server is very kind and helpful, speaks english, told me about the things in the menu since its all in french.
