CAFE MIGNON — Restaurant in Paris

This might have been the best restaurant experience I've ever had. For 15€ we got great tasting tapwater (somewhat rare in Paris) for free + pieces of baguette and a risotto starter that absolutely blew us away. The incredible smell does it's job and give you an appetite if you didn't already have one. I've payed more for a risotto entree that have been worse than this. And even the presentation of the starter was beutiful.

The main course, fish of the day, was exquisite. Presentation is like a painting and the smell reminds you of the sea. The portions are so generous that we got completely full, my girlfriend couldn't even finish hers.

If you'd like to add to the experience, a glass of wine is 3,5€.

The location is by a otherwise busy street, but the restaurant is completely void of disturbing smells that so many restaurants here have. The music fits the atmosphere and does not disturb the experience. The staff was super friendly. The restaurant was newly opened just this...

We found this place after stopping at many most famous restaurants in the neighborhood and not being able to find a table to accommodate a family ( those could only give very small tables for two unless you reserve in advance-more over they apparently don't like English speakers and acted very rudely!). The host here invited us in with a big kind smile! He was very professional and did his best. Both the menu and the tables were family friendly and in all we really enjoyed our dinner! I loved my duck confit and everyone else also liked their food (fish and chips, grilled fish, cheese burger, and chicken burger). I totally recommend it...

Had the best dinner at Café Mignon in France with my bestie! I had the steak—perfectly cooked and laid over sautéed veggies with the most delicious glaze and sesame seeds. She went with the duck confit: crispy, rich, and fall-off-the-bone good. We kicked things off with escargot and cheese roll-ups (highly recommend!), and of course we had to wash it all down properly—Mai Tai for me, red wine for her. The food, the drinks, the vibe, the company—absolute perfection. Add this gem to your Paris...
