I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic and just on the outskirts of Le Marais - which made it easy to walk there and also close enough to Bastille. Right outside, there was a lovely market which added to the charm - as well as two me two stations. I would happily stay in this area again on my next trip to Paris.||The property itself was clean, modern and beautifully decorated. My room (35) was cosy and comfortable with low lighting, a comfy bed and pillows. There was no view but it didn’t matter, as the room was perfect for relaxing. I booked a bit late and so didn’t have a choice of room but it suited my needs perfectly. I requested an iron and extra blanket and had no trouble getting them. There was also daily bottled water in the room was a nice touch.||I had breakfast on my last morning - it was fresh and very good with quality ingredients - bread, cheese, hot dishes, jams, marmalades and continental meats.||What really made my experience stand out was the staff - especially Jose at reception who was helpful, kind and funny. It made checking in and returning to the hotel a pleasure. It was really lovely coming back in the afternoons, as he was so warm and welcoming. The cakes and refreshments in the afternoons were a perfect touch too. ||All in all, this was a brilliant little hotel in a wonderful part of Paris - clean, cosy, modern and perfectly located for those who enjoy walking and exploring the city. I would happily...

Overall a comfortable stay and good value, location is great and very close to trendy La Marais district, however had some complaints, mainly the lack of a working mini fridge and lack of a fan/AC in April:

Pros: Friendly lady at the front desk allowed us to check in a few hours early Great location, walking distance to La Marais shops and cafes, and very close to Plaza de Voges. Minutes away from Bastille plaza, metros and grocery stores Clean room and comfortable bed Nice shower and water pressure Water bottle in room every day Housekeeping every day Helpful staff (gave us extra blanket) Balcony Chromecast TV Travel adapters available upon request Good wifi Cute lobby and terrace - water and pastries available in lobby

Cons: No toiletries such as shampoo, and empty tissue box in bathroom never replaced during stay Mini fridge broken - front desk said its not supposed to be operational, told us to use their kitchen fridge. Our food rotted because it was displayed like a working mini fridge. They should remove the fridge entirely from the room if its not meant to be used Thin walls. You can hear neighbors at night going in and out. Other times we would hear loud pounding above us Outlets finicky, hairdryer turns off every few seconds No fan or air conditioning - very sweaty at night in...

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the room we have been provided during our current stay at your hotel. What we received is completely different from what was advertised, and the experience so far has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.||To begin with, the room was in a filthy condition upon arrival. There is black mould present throughout, making the environment not only unpleasant but also clearly unhygienic and potentially hazardous to health. This is absolutely unacceptable for any guest.||Furthermore, the room was advertised as having air conditioning—there is none. In this heat, the lack of air conditioning is both uncomfortable and misleading. We were also told there would be a balcony with two chairs and a table, but there is no such feature in the room provided. Again, this is a case of false advertising.||In addition to all this, the communication upon arrival was poor and disorganised. We had to wait several hours before we were given access to the room, with no proper explanation or updates during that time.||I am extremely disappointed and expect immediate action. At the very least, we request either a room that meets the advertised description or appropriate compensation for the substandard conditions we are...

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room window did open to a wall. However, it was quiet, and we did not hear the street noise. The breakfast was easy and relaxed. We could eat and drink as much as we wanted. For the price, experience all they have to offer. The staff is very nice, but limited in their English-speaking. We made do with our limited French. There are a lot of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores near to keep you well fed. You are within walking distance to some of the sites, but would recommend transport to the Tower and beyond.

Stayed here for 4 nights, located near two metro stops, the 5 and the 8. The staff are welcoming and friendly, everyone spoke English as well, they even helped me with my French! Rooms are modern and clean, great shower and double sinks, we had a south western view, with the top of the Eiffel tower. Rooms have a mini fridge with a bit of room for your own things, and the main door to the hallway has a second door to keep things quiet.

Lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff. My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. Super close to a metro stop. In a safe neighborhood with cafés nearby. The hotel does offer a breakfast package - we did not participate but it smelled delicious. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again when visiting Paris.
