Chez Bogato - Pâtisserie — Restaurant in Paris

I ordered a custom croissant cake from Chez Bogato to celebrate my 10 years of living in France and it was truly the cutest thing I have ever seen! The Chez Bogato team exactly understood what I wanted and created something that was even better than I had imagined! On top of that, the cake was absolutely delicious (I ordered a fraisier and all my guests - most of them French by the way - said it was the best fraisier they had ever had, not too sweet and extremely addictive). My guests loved it and I will definitely be ordering more cakes in the future! Un grand merci !

EDIT: I went back to Chez Bogato to order a birthday cake for my husband and it was just as amazing as my croissant cake! This time I asked for a cake shaped like a negroni, his favorite cocktail, and what Chez Bogato produced was a true work of art! Plus the litchi and jasmine flavor combination was absolutely delicious....

We walked into the store around 7 p.m. looking for a 4-inch cake and asked if they could help write some words on the cake. The staff said it should be possible, but they would need to check with their manager. Five minutes later, another female staff member came out and said that the manager refused to decorate the cake,she said it was too late and the manager don't want help us and "didn’t care" at all,that was extremely rude. In the end, we bought a small cake, which didn’t taste good at all. By the way "the manager don't care"this is what your employee said to me, I'm just repeating their words. Please get your facts...

HORRIBLE experience. We ordered a cake for my son's birthday. Not only did they "forget" to deliver it in time, but they also made the wrong cake! When they delivered it a day late, it was too late to do anything. Only offering to collect the cake and "redecorate it" rather than send a correctly made cake, we gave up and asked for a refund. Then, despite making two serious mistakes putting our son's birthday in jeopardy, they came back to collect the late delivered incorrect cake....
