Boulanger Paris BHV Le Marais — Local services in Paris

Absolutely horrible. I order on the website of boulanger and went to collect my order after receiving email, sms and code for my parcel, the person on the counter didn't find it, he didn't even care to look out. Made me waited 30 mins and then rudely told me that i am going to cancel your order because i am not finding it. I asked him if i can get it from store it self as its available, he said me no i wont give you before next week. I went out of store and order again as i was available, 2nd day after receiving confirmation i went to collect again and same agent was on counter, i explained him that I was here yesterday and you didn't treated me well, so he is like oh i didn't treat you well then now again you must wait because i am not going to help you. Such a rude staff. I never expected this kind of service to fidel customers. I hope to have some serious feedback...

At the end of February, I had the most greatest experience of my life with AYOUB ( I hope that I wrote his name correctly) I had a bad day … anyways, I told him what I was looking for, he was very kindhearted, lovely, sweet person, very professional. He did the job with such professionalism I thought he was the manager but no he told me he was a beginner I was so shocked someone with so much knowledge is underestimating. I hope one day you will be more than a sales consultant, you deserve more then that. One day if your manager or your district manager saw this message will do what necessary to make you evolve , someone like you who as many talented , need to seen and notices and a great eloquence. If you want to see snooty 'help' go directly to the watch department, then mosey over to the perfume department. They will scan you up and down and give you a very mean-spirited quote Bon jour”. I really don’t understand how these clowns can feel superior to anyone.

I stand corrected , it wasn't the perfume department, in stead it was one of their many many trinkets departments overly suffused with the stench of cheap perfume. My bad. I had to correct my original review because the owner of the store sent a whiney reply, and I wanted to admit to my mistake.

The bottom line is still that this store is still run by snooty clowns who seem to think that they are about something.
