Just returned from a week in Paris and Barcelona and this was easily the worst meal of the trip. Our tour group took us to this restaurant so there were about 25 of us. The reservation and arrangements had been made several months in advance, including informing them that two of us had dietary restrictions (one gluten, one egg allergy). We were supposed to receive mixed platters with seven items for a starter. Instead they came out with just three. This was never corrected.
Next we got our main dishes--chicken with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were fine but the chicken had nearly no flavor AND IT WAS BLOODY. I don't mind rare beef but I don't want red, bloody chicken! Then we got to dessert. They brought out two little gluten-free cakes for myself (egg allergy) and the gluten-free person. I questioned whether these cakes were really egg-free and after our French-speaking tour guide got involved, the manager admitted that they did have egg in them.
The tour guide had told me that if they didn't have anything egg-free for dessert then I could get some fruit with creme fraiche. So I asked for that instead. Five minutes later, the manager came back with a whole apple on a little silver plate, plopped it down on the table in front of me, and stormed off.
I understand when I'm being told to f**k off, so at that point my husband and I got up and left (the tour group was handling the check). I would strongly recommend against visiting this restaurant, especially if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Or if you just don't like eating bloody, unseasoned chicken. There are plenty of wonderful places to eat in Paris. Go to one of...

So apparently the place opens quite long every day. We came around 11pm and they were still serving warm foods. The prices were nice, I could even say it was cheap for Paris. They also have some wine options but were not that much, and variety.
I ordered the Steak (8/10), it was maybe around 220g of meat served with some salad and fries, it was good, I ordered medium and they came also in medium so it was nice. my friend ordered a chicken tandoori (7,5/10) they should've just change the name into something else, bc the Indian taste in that food was quite gone haha. But I mean it wasn't that bad, it was just when u read a name and it didn't turn out like what u expected, its bit disappointing. Well anyway.
I drank Sauvignon Blanc from some winery it wasn't taste good, maybe I use to good wines from Germany:D
I loved their Tiramisu though. It was huge, without alcohol (which I found better than with), lot of Mascarpone instead of the biscuits, it was just the way I liked it, so yummy!
If u look for some affordable, nice, and open around the clock- place to eat, then come here, its located also next to a metro station, so u won't have...
Read moreI would like to share my experience in this restaurant. We went to dinner as a family last Friday, April 15th. I ordered a steak tartare saying it had an egg allergy. The waiter brought me the steak tartare but with egg. I requested the change of plate and if it was not possible to ask for something else. After a while, the waiter brought me a seemingly eggless steak tartare. What was my surprise when I turned the meat and saw the hollow of the egg and the remains of it. They finally brought me a steak tart without egg. Although I finally got the dish without an egg, I specified my intolerance several times. If I hadn't turned the steak tartare the second time they brought it to me, I would have been in the bathroom all night. Intolerances are not a game and cannot be taken lightly. But the worst part is trying to fool the customer. It had never happened to me, what a...
