Overall, I’m not impressed. I was seated upstairs and the place felt crowded and not cosy at all, with tiny tables and chairs very close to each other. Service was average - the waitress took away my citronnade while there was still some in it without asking whether she could take it. It felt we were rushed even though the place was not full when we were there. The quality of the food was not that great either. Scrambled egg was tasteless on my thin slice of bread, while the “salad” next to it was just a few leaves of salad with some poor quality canned corn. The pain perdue was good, however it was garnished with some old stale apple slices. My latte and granola was fine and overall the portion size is very filling. Eggs arrive lukewarm, bacon was tainted by the vegetables they were probably sitting on for a long time as it was soggy.
The bread is not even toasted, and clearly of bad quality, it tore in small bits, and looks industrial. The guacamole advertised as avocado is as well very bland.
The desert is a joke… the Brioche Perdue is distastefully presented and tastes like the presentation, full sugar and supermarket syrup painted all over. (Photos)
