Busy but understaffed. There simply weren’t enough people on to deal with the volume of customers and the relentless Uber eats delivery drivers coming through the door

As a result - long wait for service, when glasses were provided they were wet and not that clean.

Toilet was an absolute state requiring hovering due to the amount of pee liberally dashed about.

Pizzas are ok but nothing to write home about. Simple passata straight from the tin, no refinement. Dough still somewhat springy and prone to puff up rather than being aged or more refined.

Interesting dynamic I. That take out orders seemed to get preference over people paying a premium to sit inside. Being ignored in favour of someone who can’t be bothered to leave their flat doesn’t seem like the right way around. Can’t recommend.

On the plus side - waiter was friendly and as attentive as he has the capacity to be - but they need more service which may then allow them to do things like...

I Really enjoyed on this Sunny afternoon my Marinara pizza and my Spritz outside standing on the street terrace... The pizza was so yummy with a thin light fluffy crusty and just well done and so savory mixing the tastes of tomato, basel, garlic, olive oil plus a hint of homemade chili sauce just made on demand by the italian pizzaïolo Tonio originally from the Pouilles Region ( he is keeping his secret recipe and how to make the dought on site from his grand father)😉 The Ambiance was very friendly and the partners Sebastian and Thomas took the time to show me the different Italian products and the trattoria stand, tasting smoked hams, sausages and all kind of Italian Delicacies... Arrivederci but See You...

A very nice place. I really didn’t expected to bump into that so delicious pizzeria in the Butte aux Cailles hood in Paris. The staff are lovely and available. We had some delicious spritz with those big green Italian olives. The most amazing was our pizzas, we had the truffle one and the pistachio. The truffle one is very well served in terms of truffle quantity, saying this accordingly to the comments below which says about the truffle quantity. Honestly at the end I was in a food coma, it was so so delicious. I will definitely be back to visit that place.
