K13 hot pot — Restaurant in Paris

PRO'S:

Food is very good, a good variance of broths, meats, seafood and vegetables to choose from.

Nice selection of desserts and fruits for a refresher after the meal.

Drinks cost extra, but the water is free and the "Purple" drink was extremely good and worth the price.

Incredible atmosphere with modern and clean decorations that really elevated the experience from good to great.

CON'S:

Poor reservation handling. We had a reservation for 2, but after being seated, we were re-seated to another table "to make room" for another group who were coming to eat.

It's difficult to hear to the other side of the table due to the distance.

Service was a bit lacking, we didn't receive water and had to ask for it specifically, also we got the grill with our hotpot, but weren't given tongs to use the grill with.

TL;DR: Definitely worth a visit, don't take the ramen unless you want to fill up fast, for the best time you should come...

The food is good is fresh i love the food actually i’ved been in a hotpot many times but this restaurant is one of a kind it’s very nice but the problem is the customer service there’s only one crew serving all the customers and the cashier man is very annoying. We don’t know if he’s angry or he annoyed by servicing us. We are calm and nice but it seems he doesn’t to entertain or help the customers. We do understand how job is hard and i do experience that kind of job too. but i wish you can treat customers well. The restaurant has a very big potential! but the customer service is very low hope one day if we come back hope treat customers well and serve well! more power to k13...

I went to this hotpot restaurant for the first time, and I was really impressed. I was there with two of my friends. We’re all Asian and agreed that this place is really authentic and delicious! We arrived right when the restaurant opened. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. They explained how everything worked since it was my first time there, and that really helped.

The food was so fresh and delicious — the meat, veggies, and other ingredients were all high quality, and the broth had a lot of flavor. I had a great time and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend it if you’re a hotpot fan or just want to try...
