Brasserie Partage — Restaurant in Paris

Great food! Friendly staff.

We went with a group of four coworkers and enjoyed our stay. They were short on staff but they made up for it by the most friendly and smily waiter in whole Paris and eventhough we ordered quite a lot of different plates we didn’t need to wait for long. The food was very tasty and eventhough a bit pricy you get good value for money since it has interesting tapas to try like “pig ears” or “croque monsieur with truffle”. The people who sat next to us had different salads as well as a burger and they were also very pleased with their food.

We very much enjoyed our stay although the sitting situation outside (the bar chairs) is not comfortable for a longer stay, especially for bigger people. The atmosphere in general was pleasant.

We had dinner at this brasserie ++ It was cozy, the staff is friendly and give you the right recommendations. We shared 2 starters : Fried smelts with a smoked paprika mayo - super good you feel that it’s fresh and not too oily “Œuf parfait” with truffle cheese and mushrooms - it tasted really good but it’s a fat dish (I recommend sharing it though) We tested the cod and pork dishes with smashed potatoes and veggies Both with super well cooked, really fresh and local ingredients ! Expérience désastreuse : aligot saucisse, la saucisse est bonne l aligot une simple purée avec à peine du fromage promesse non tenue mais bon cela passe encore, la tarte au fruit, la pâte n est pas cuite le serveur lorsque je lui montre prend l assiette en cuisine en me disant effectivement que ce n était pas cuit, puis revient après avoir vu son patron et me dit que c est une recette un peu comme un crumble qu’il aurait du me le dire. Je dis pas grave mais je ne mange pas de la pâte non cuite donc ne souhaite pas de leur dessert en soit rien de dramatique encore. Puis le patron me présente la note en m expliquant que la tarte est sortie de la cuisine et donc il doit la facturer de toute façon « en 5 ans j ai jamais eu un retour » donc c est moi la cliente le problème pas sa tarte. Ne l ayant pas mangé je refuse il veut appeler la police alors que son plat n est pas conforme à la description. Pressée par mon travail je n ai pas attendue j ai payé ses 9 euros. Du vol un traitement jamais vu alors que son serveur me confirmait que ce n était pas ce qu’il m à vendu bref à fuir.
