KFC — Restaurant in Paris

Ordered a click and collect from their site and it was the worst idea ever. Went to collect and one of the staff told us to wait in line with everyone else... after like 30 minutes finally someone else came and asked and told us for click and collect we should have went up to them directly!!!! 30 minutes of waiting for nothing. Then the staff kept forgetting our order. I really understand it was a busy night, but after waiting 45 minutes total for a "fast food" restaurant, you can imagine how displeased we were. Also there was not even an attempt at a "geste commerciale" offering a coffee while waiting or even a tiny dessert for the 45 minute wait. Disappointed and will never use their click and...

I noted zero point for the organisation of making order in this KFC. This is not a fast food but a very low and stupid restaurant. :( Very bad organisation: 1 or 2 personnes go around and do nothing useful. Clients waiting in vain to their number because they mix orders online with orders in place ( kind of Uber eat, Foodora...) and also with orders to pick-up. It will make you crazy to wait about 30 minutes to have your very basic duo menu. You will see the others who comes after you but get the menu before you without any reason. So if you had an appoitement after, never go to this KFC, you will be late for everything if you trust in the delay of this...

Waited 25 minutes for a small order for 2 with no apology or estimated waiting time. The cashier started making the order with fries, drinks and one burger and then let them sit for 20 minutes whilst dissapeared somewhere in the kitchen. When he came back he started taking more orders and didn't even bother to inform ua about how much longer are we going to wait. After asking for a refund, we had to wait 5 minutes for a confused manager who then took another 5 minutes to issue the refund. The customer sevice at this shop is non existent and the staff is...
