This is a cozy two story spot with delicious breakfast. There was a line when we arrived but the line moves quick. If you have a large party over 3 your wait may be a little longer but it’s worth the wait. They have seating upstairs and downstairs; and a clean toilet upstairs. The restaurant is so cute and gives a friendly vibe. Your tables are close together so I would leave large bags and carts at home so you won’t have to worry about a space to put it. The food and lattes were amazing. I had a waffle with Nutella and a dirty latte. My sister had fruit pancakes with a side of bacon and a chai latte. We loved every but of it. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Everything is hands free. The table has a QR code to scan for the menu and you use the same link yo pay your bill. If you are visiting from the states they have staff who speak English too. They have a ton of breakfast options and drinks. They even have some pastries and they looked beautiful. This is definitely a spot to visit. It’s the blue building that probably had a line out front. Definitely worth checking out.

With the vast range of brunch item options - mixing waffles, pancakes and pain Perdu with various toppings and other items - you will certainly find what you will like. We had the pancakes with smoked salmon and avocado as a savoury option (3 pancakes with one egg extra for two to share I felt was the right amount) - the pancakes were good level of fluffiness and proper hotcake thickness and delicious. Savoury combination of smoked salmon/avocado with not too sweet pancakes were very pleasant. Although, the highlight here was the pumpkin spice pan Perdu - this probably was one of the best brunch items I’ve ever had in many brunch places I’ve been. The combination of right level of soaked eggy bread, zesty and lightly sour lemon cream toppings, generous pumpkin spices, and maple syrup… I understand that this was a seasonal item so this is a must try before it goes. I’d even go back there just to eat this every day.. The service is fast and given the menu and payment is done on your mobile, it is quite an efficient and fast service.

Overrated noisy loud place with mediocre food and coffee. We came here because of all the great reviews, and lucky enough got the last available table without wait (10am ish saturday). We really want to like the place but unfortunately it was disappointing. Everything looks much better on social media than the reality. 1. Drinks: the cappuccino and chai latte we had look amazing, but mostly only taste like milk. We could barely taste the coffee or the chai. A good coffee is the bare minimum for a such high rating brunch place; 2. Food: we had salmon bene and sexy bene. The toast is surprisingly bad. It’s so dry and supermarket level. How can a French place use such bad toast? The pull pork is just plain, boring, and dry. The best thing is the spinach sadly. The smoked salmon is nice, and the little sliced turnip adds a lot of freshness and flavors. Eggs could be a bit more runny. 3. Atmosphere: obviously they r going for an industrial vibe. The deco is nice. However, the whole place is super noisy because there’s no noisy canceling things anywhere and the bar next to the table are so loud with all the plates and cups hitting each other, and the metal-ish tables are also not helping. Together with the fast paced music, the whole place is super noisy and make people just want to leave. 4. Service: really friendly and efficient staff. Food came very fast. 5. We can order and pay with QR code, which is quite nice. 6. There’s always a long line and not accepting reservations. Personably I don’t think it’s worth the wait since there’re so many good places to eat in Paris. All and all, we can tell there‘s good efforts put into this place, but the results are sadly underwhelming. We didn’t enjoy either the food or coffee, or atmosphere.

Another brunch in Paris where - given the hype - expectations are high but reality is another story. I don’t even know where to start from. What is sure is that all I remember is not the food which was not memorable anyway. Tables in the ground floor are a way too narrow, our neighbours had to put their water pitcher on our chair and I was unable to sit and move properly without hitting the other table. I felt during our whole time the waiters rubbing the back of my chair while serving other tables. They don’t open the first floor til 12 am I truly don’t understand why. When we asked if we could sit there the waitress remained polite but was disturbingly cold. We definitely felt that they were pressing us to leave since a long list of people were queuing outside. Other than that, food was nice looking, but the taste was average and I didn’t like the add ons such as the pickled ginger, prices are a way too high for the quality and portion. Also, the orange juice is nothing but home made, or at least they should change the recipe immediately.

This place is absolutely GOR-GEOUS. The place has a very jungle/laid-back vibe and if you want to take nice pictures, I recommend sitting upstairs! Also, if you want to make sure you have a table, I definitely recommend getting a reservation beforehand. We ordered an oat milk latte, which was very good. As for main plates, we had the Brioche Saumon Bénédicte. It was definitely filling, the portion was big and the Brioche was very good, fluffy and not too sweet. The ingredients felt very fresh and it had a very generous portion of smoke salmon. We then finished with a dessert, which was the Brioche Perdue. It was also very good, the only weird thing about it was the grapefruit, it didn't feel like the combination with the other fruits was good. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The service was efficient and super quick. If you want a brunch spot that will be as aesthetically pleasing as good, Kozy is definitely the place for you!

I’d like to only give one start but the service was nice so that’s the extra star for it. We visited this place in May when the restaurants reopened. First attempt was on a Wednesday noon and we were told to wait 30 mins so we decided to come back another time. We returned for a Monday brunch and it was very quiet. To be honest, the food wasn’t amazing at all. We ordered 3 dishes plus 2 drinks. Drinks were ok but overpriced. For a chai latte with ice I paid 6.5 euro on my bill??? The beef sandwich was very dry, came with very few beef. Pancake was very thin and tasted nothing more than just plain flour. The pain perdu was ok but again, the brioche wasn’t moist enough. I live just 5 mins walk to this restaurant and often saw it packed with a huge queue. I guess their social media marketing is working well. Overall, it’s all overpriced for the quality of food. I’m not a fan and will never come back again.
