My favorite pain aux raisin in Paris: light, fluffy bread rather than the more popular flaky, croissant dough with a rich creamy custard and raisins. Pure delight! €1.20

I went back two weeks later to try the pain Burton and the baguette tradition, and I can support other reviewers in saying the pain bûcheron is amazing, whole grains and seeds and a great texture and flavor. Crispy and tough on the outside but delightfully soft and puffy on the inside. I got a still-warm boule for €2.30

Thé tradition is great as well, great dough flavor and texture, for my tastes they are slightly undercooked but I just toasted it for a few minutes and created a great firm thin croûte with the soft interior that we all look for in a tradition. €1.15

The normal baguette €0.95 is great as well, but be warned these are SOFT fluffy baguettes. If you love the croûte you won't get that here, maybe try the...

J’avais posté un gentil commentaire en 2023, mais je me sens obligée de le modifier à cause du comportement de l’une des vendeuses (la plus âgée). Un matin a 7h05 j’entre dans la boulangerie, je dis bonjour (j’ai une petite voix, certes) on ne m’entend pas donc pas réponse, on me dit redit « bonjour » donc je redis « bonjour ». Je paie mon pain au chocolat en caisse avec la vendeuse la plus jeune et j’entends, derrière, la plus âgée bougonner : « pfff elle dit même pas bonjour en entrant.. » d’une manière très désagréable..

J’ai toujours adoré cette boulangerie depuis 2 ans, j’ai toujours été très polie ! J’ai été déçue qu’on m’accueille comme ça et désormais j’hésite presque à revenir. Sachez, madame, que je vous ai toujours trouvé très peu souriante, et jamais je n’ai osé vous faire de réflexion. C’est comme dans un restaurant, le comportement des serveurs ont un impact sur le repas des clients !

Le reste des vendeurs sont adorables !! Toujours très souriants, surtout le propriétaire ! Et je n’ai jamais été déçue des BURGERS, hot dog, baguettes, viennoiseries !! J’espère sincèrement que cette femme se remettra...

I absolutely love this place. I’m in the neighborhood for just a semester, and come here at least twice a week. I’ve never tried the pastries but they all look incredible!!! I especially love the chicken burger and the pizzas. All the staff are very kind. I will miss this place when I leave
