LUKS KEBAB PARIS 10 — Restaurant in Paris

We visited a different shawarma joint with the same name, the guy was polite and didn’t hesitate to provide straws, sauces and napkins with a big smile. This one, the girl that was there is very rude and insulting if you ask for a straw, she says they don’t have them and throws a small plastic cup on the table “literally”. She gives you a small bucket of fries with one ketchup and one mayonnaise. If you ask for more ketchup she pulls the menu to show you that you’re entitled to one free. The guy there points you at their greasy screen to order more ketchup stating the at this is AI driven order system. Are you going to this joint for the greasy cold meant, the lecture about their menu item or their Artificial intelligence ordering system? I am going for the smile in the face, hot food and appropriate condiments. The legend talks about French waiters being snoopy, these people are playing out rude and insulting. I would avoid this...

Tried this place last weekend after I saw so much advertising on instagram about this place, I would say the food tasted good, but kind not worth the price. Specially for the truffle kebab, I think I only see 2 tiny pieces of truffle inside of my small size kebab after I paid like for 17 euros , and didn’t feel the truffle taste at all, bit disappointing though. French fries are not bad , all made after we order. FYI,this shop in 10th district is only take out you can’t dine in, after we went so far to just try this restaurant, we end up eating on the street in cold winter 🥶 but anywayI hope the owners will be more generous about the truffle though, I got it it’s expensive but should have been more match with the price. I had a 2 day stay at Paris and was looking for a quick bite to eat. Chose this halal place, but was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the original grilled kebab sandwich in the pita and homemade bread. The homemade bread takes it to another level! Meat is so delicious, the flavors combined with the corn and sauces compliment each other. My mouth was happy. My quick bite turned into a very fulfilling meal. Even the fries are perfectly cooked. Not greasy and came out piping hot. Definitely recommend this place!!
