Summary: Try Biang biang noodles with tomato and beef cos it's damn good! Fast service, good Price-quality ratio🔥

Went on a Sunday lunch with a group of friends. It wasn't full at 13:00 so we had a table right away. Server gave us the menu (in EN and FR) and i liked the fact that there weren't too many choices that it was difficult to order 😅

We ordered some gyoza and cold Liang Pi noodles to share. Both were good. Then our individual orders came just a minute after. I ordered the Biang biang noodles with tomato and beef (13,8€) and the portion was bigger than expected. It's really a big bowl good for 1 hungry person😝 I was so excited to try it and after the first bite I couldn't stop eating it. It's so comforting and delicious. The noodles were not overcooked so you had a good bite on it, it was covered in the sauce with lots of flavor. There was also very tender beef and scrambled eggs on it, and they all went together so well. For me, I didn't find it spicy so i asked for more chili and that made it even better 😬 This was so good and I will definitely come back for another bowl🙏🏽

For drinks, I ordered the homemade iced tea with grapefruit and osmanthus (I think). It was good too, not too sweet and refreshing.

I highly recommend noodle lovers to try...

The waitress is very nice and the service is actually quite good.

But the food is too disappointing.

I ordered the Biang Biang noodles, it was just so wrong. I thought in a city where people eat baguette a lot, people would understand northwestern Chinese noodles better as well! Well, they do have some similarities, because they both are made of hi gluten flour… and they are very chewy and quite strong characters.

Apparently, the noodles here has nothing to do with being chewy(I guess they use low-gluten flour?), they were so boring and soft like over cooked, with no texture. And the topping pork is so wrong as well, as they were the pork for the 肉夹馍 🥙 Shaanxi burgers. Not the ones for noodles.

Even the starter beef was not tasty at all, all I had was this sense of heaviness caused by this meal… had it until almost 24 hours later hahah.

This city deserves better Northwestern...

Excellent food 🍜.I took 3 gyoza 🥟 and porc biang biang noodles and they were really well cooked service was fast as it took only about 10 minutes but they don't serve it at your seat 💺 .It's a bit like fast foods where you get your tray from the counter except the quality of the food is excellent.It's not overpriced as I ate for only 14.80€(Starter+Main).They have a really nice toilet 🚽 at the back of the restaurant.The restaurant can fit a capacity of about 20 people so you don't want to go there at peak times.Hygene...
