Théâtre le Palace — Attraction in Paris

Tonight, my boyfriend and I were rejected from Palace because before queuing we were finishing a drink, meters away from the entrance. Since this makes no sense, we guess the real issue is because we are both not French. We were said "I have no time to waste", nothing else. The door staff stepped on us and treated us as lepers while letting people visibly drunk inside. We were sober and also work in this city as professionals so this is offensive. I suggest Palace team to select more professional staff as this way they loose loyal clients as we used to be ante Covid. We are offended and disgusted. Every person/client deserves respect and humanity, and people with roles like that should not express their personal frustration...

This once housed the infamously celebrated discotheque “Le Palace” broadly during the 90s. Considered at the height of its popularity among its famed patrons as “L’Absolu Meilleur dans Le Monde » — regarded the place to be seen and be seen by the most fashionable people for years. Between the soirées and DJs spinning from weekend to weekend, the Sunday Tea Party was often the ultimate place to dance. Great music. Ambiance and a dance floor that was spectacled in the Oscar award-winning film « The Moulin Rouge » starring Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor. Sumptuary and utterly stunning interior spaciousness for any performance level, just superb. No longer there as a dance venue but the memories were so vivacious...

Had a very great night at palace. What they have done with the place is very nice, not the most extraordinary club in Paris but a fresh vibe!!!

People were great, bouncer also along with the “Porte” (not ridiculously hard to get it as along as your are not drunk as hell). We even made it 10 of us (what a miracle).

Price at usual, house DJ really good. You’ll dance for once in Paris and not to garbage commercial music. They succeed of making a real nightclub with people from a speak easy!
