The worst you can find. This is a really bad hotel, it looks nothing like the pictures. It looks more like something you rent per hour. Landry is scattered in the hallways and you can barely get through with your luggage. The isolation is bad so you can easily hear your neighbors. There is no internet as there is promised, only works in the lobby, so no chance there for privacy. The drain in my shower is not working, but the worst is the service you get here. They are both rude and arrogant. They treat you like you are a burden to them. Unfortunately I booked a room for 12 days at this hotel. The room was dirty when I got it and it hasn’t been cleaned once while I have been there. I have asked for cleaning of the room but still it has not been done. There is dust everywhere, there are big, brown and sticky marks around the door handles, toothpaste stains from the last tenant of the room and there are old pieces of chewing gum stuck to the wall. For this hotel cleaning consist of making the bed, getting you clean towels and emptying the trashcan. They will do absolutely nothing else and it is not even every day that they do it. The breakfast is more or less non-existing. You can choose between bread that is as pleasant to eat as a sole of a shoe and some grainy yoghurt that taste like the smell of sour socks. There are no eggs, no real cheese, no ham or other such things to put on the bread and there are certainly no greens or fruits. Also if you were not the very first at 7am there would never be a clean table to sit down at. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There is never a time of peace and quiet. It is situated in a noisy neighbourhood and on top of that there were always slamming of doors, hissing plumbing and for some strange reason there was a loud clanging noise from the bathroom mirror (like it was shaken) every time there was to be used water on the floors above my room. This hotel is far below every possible standard. DO NOT RENT...

Mimicking many of the honest reviews posted. In my opinion, any of the positive reviews are suspect given our experience.

First, it is most assuredly NOT a 2 star hotel by any reputable rating system, it is a hostel w walled rooms. Sad really, it could be a diamond in the rough. The breakfast area has charming architecture, the street it's on/attached to on the east end has cute boutique hotels and the location is desirable, but the end on which this hotel is has a homeless man camped outside under the arches, with his very own mattress, on the walk up to the hotel. Disconcerting.

Once inside you immediately sense you've been duped by the images posted by the hotel and the "positive" reviews.

The hallway floors are dirty, really dirty. The room we had elevated dirty to outright filthy. The extra bedding was thrown (not folded and placed) onto the closet shelf. The floor was obviously not swept or mopped in ages. It was as if you've walked into a teenagers room after they claim they "cleaned" it. Additionally the comforter was disgusting..looked like sweaty dirt or urine honestly.

We immediately requested another room at the front desk when we expressed how filthy the room and bathroom were. There were excrement stains on the bottom of the toilet seat and hairs left all in the shower as if neither had been cleaned in days. The receptionist's response was to laugh and flippantly reply "only a few hairs?". We requested someone come clean the room and were told no one was available. Ultimately we asked for cleaning supplies so we could do it ourselves. Initially he couldn't find any cleaning supplies (we thought that fit the scenario), and when he finally found anything for us, it was a small push broom (what?) and a bleach spray with 1 rag. See the pictures.

We had 1 night in Paris, and intentionally stayed out late and left early JUST because of this room. And...no AC, icing on the cake really

Not worth half the price, barely worth it if it was...

Took my mum to Paris for her birthday, it was myself, my mum and aunt, we stayed for 3 nights, I had a single room and they shared a twin room, looked lovely in online photographs, highly disappointed once we arrived at our rooms, they were small and unclean! My mums room you couldn’t even get to the bathroom properly it was so cramped and the door did not open properly without hitting the bed. Receptionist was friendly on arrival but his attitude soon changed when I complained about my room not having curtains when a hotel directly across looked into my room I explained this made me feel uncomfortable and he said no rooms in that floor had curtains but my mums room was next door and had curtains, I got a new room on a different floor, it was slightly bigger than the first one but just as disappointing, I was googling different hotels shortly after arriving to see if we could find somewhere else, we decided that we would get up early and leave for the whole day only returning to sleep, which we barely got any of over the whole time we were there, granted it was the champions league cup final on the Saturday night and PSG won so it was madness but well done to them, we were up early to fly home and literally got kept up all night by fireworks etc.||Breakfast was a complete let down, very limited options, literally cereal, croissants and yoghurts! we ended up going to Starbucks for breakfast instead, walls were really thin I could hear neighbouring guest talking, arguing and watching TV, the pipes were always banging when other people were taking showers, the bed was disgusting had hairs on sheet these did not belong to me, I actually slept on top of the bed every night.||Located close to centre which was the only positive but I will remember this for all the negatives! Never again will I return to this hotel, disappointed is an understatement!||Thankfully we did a lot of activities so my mum actually enjoyed herself but what a let down...

I have just returned from my trip at Hotel Victoria. It’s a very good 2 star. Breakfast - Choices of croissants, toast, cereal, yogurts, jams, biscuits and french breads. The lady’s are there to help and were lovely. There is a coffee machine, a selection of teas and juices. A lovely little restaurant underneath the building with a grand feel. Rooms - Our room was quite small as expected two single beds pushed together which was perfect for myself and cousin as we had our own covers etc. The bathroom was very very small and our mirror was smashed but can’t really complain for a 2 star. Room was cleaned every day, beds made. Bring a mini fan if you can as it gets very warm - they do provide one in the room already but not very strong. Windows open to a view of a building across. Staff - The staff were lovely, happy to help, booked our transport back to the airport for €17.50 each free of charge for this service. There is someone to help 24/7. Hotel - Luggage storage free of charge in a locked cupboard. Lifts up to the floors. Restaurant downstairs. Small outside garden. Located near multiple Franprix shops for drinks and snacks. Couple of bars around the area, McDonald’s 5 minute walk away. Travel - We travelled to Disneyland and main tourist destinations very easily through metro and RER A. Walked no longer than 15 minutes to these stations. 25 minute walk away from Moulin Rouge. Overall very good stay, very good 2 star especially if you plan to be out all day like we were. 4 stars for the broken mirror, door and immense heat but at no fault of the wonderful staff. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Paris.

Tiny room, no A/C, bathroom is pathetic with the shower head being mounted right next to the bathtub spout making it useless as a shower, no fridge, no water, no coffee in the room (but strangely they have two paper coffee cups on the desk?). There wasn’t even a fan so my only option to not feel like I was in a hotbox was to open a window which meant that people could see me on the bed as countless other hotels rooms looked directly at this window. There was also a dent in the wall that I photographed fully expecting someone to try billing me for “damages” It’s not a 2 star place at all, wouldn’t even give it one star. This is officially the worst accomodation I have ever stayed in and yet through the deceitful travel agent (who also said I would have a nice view) also the most expensive accomodation I have ever booked. The only thing I didn’t hate was the location however I could’ve booked places in similar locations for less or the same money that have significantly better rooms. Do not waste your money on this place.
