My steak was extremely tough, too hard to chew with comfort. Tried to politely give feedback, but the waiter was extremely rude and unwilling to listen to me. He offered instead to change the knife. When I said that the knife was fine, it's the meat that was too hard (nothing to do with being overdone), the waiter raised his voice and started yelling at me. My son was also here, and sadly had to witness this. I offered to pay and leave, leaving 80% of my meal and drink untouched, but I asked that my son's meal be packed to go.
The waiter then insisted I pay before receiving the takeaway meal. I politely asked for the to go box before paying as I did not want to be kept waiting, humiliated, for any longer than absolutely necessary. The takeaway box came with sticky nasty fingerprints all over. I said nothing. And politely left.
If you go back to the poor reviews of this restaurant you will see numerous complaints of poor service. And followed by rude replies from the restaurant. I hesitated a few days before leaving my review because I did not want to attract another scathing uncalled for attack by the restaurant. Yet here we are.
