Rajasthan Restaurant — Restaurant in Paris

We checked in this particular restaurant today for lunch .. there were two persons managing the restaurant that time.. who by their gesture I presume where also the owners of the restaurant. One person was well behaved and good while the other one among them was pretty rude, even while I was enquiring about the food order at the very start. Somehow I got a vibe by the gestures and comments passed by that guy that he didn't really like much of an Indian customer stepping in his restaurant .. rather more attention was drawn and more polite behaviour was provided to the other customers from other varied Nationals . Though the food was good. But especially I personally rate this restaurant low for the obnoxious behaviour of that particular manager . I hope other people going there have a better experience and such a ambience is not shared with some other Indian customers. Just a short piece of note for that person .. if he might be reading this comment "We Indians pay equally for the food listed down in your menu card..so comments like 'pehle menu card dekh raha tha..phir thoda gusse mein baat Kiya to line pe agya' such kind of comments is really not appreciable on ur behalf.FYI I can understand Hindi quite well, so whatever u were saying in Hindi could be well perceived by me 😊. The owner is rude and only cares about money. Shouted at me for asking him to pack half of my dish (something I checked about beforehand and he agreed to do so). And when I gave him a piece of my mind, he asked me if I had ever been to a restaurant and began a lecture on etiquette. Honestly? All this after serving half cooked rice. Not even giving any water. All the while he made personal Skype calls and hhad a loud conversation right in the dining area. And telling me that he is running a business here and I cost him a loss of two euros. Did I mention he shouted at me? Considering that I was the only customer there, how much work did it really take to serve and pack a tiny portion of rice and raita? But the second another customer arrived (a white woman), he calmed down and asked me to stop shouting. When I looked up reviews of this place on TripAdvisor, there is a clear pattern: most Indians have had similar experiences there. Anyone with an ounce of self respect best avoid this place. I ordered chilli paratha, normal paratha and madras curry with Samosa. The first thing that was not comfortable is the serving person not sure if those two are owners who were not ready to welcome me and my friends. Once we ordered they did not give us water but other tables taken care properly, till we finish the food they did not give us water. Felt very bad thinking if these guys doing this because I am Asian/Indian. The chicken masala was 3 out of 5 and not enough quantity. Paratha was good. The best thing I had is a Heineken pint. Our queries regarding food was not heard or answered. I’d put a smiley face and professional etiquette to these servers or owners.
