I recommend Le Gavroche to anyone visiting Paris. Off the beaten tourist track this restaurant is a real gem. Traditional, home-style cooking with everything that the French menu has to offer, twinned with a cozy cottage-like atmosphere. Read moreThis is, by far, one of the best restaurants in Paris. Affordable, unchanged in years, and with an efficient staff, this place serves up some of the best, classic French dishes. That means that you can get goose rillettes, board terrine, steak frites, celerie remoulade and many other delicious dishes. And while the place isn't exactly cosy, and quite busy, it is well worth it. They have their own table wine and lots of fresh bread. And try to make room for dessert if you can....
