Please do yourself a favor an do not come to this place, please DO NOT COME to this place, the worst customer services in whole Europe, if you do not speak French you are gonna be treated as trash, I really thought this thing with French people talking or trying to talk in English was a myth, but sadly it is a reality, I order a Gin Tonic the guy forgot the ice so i decided to wait and start drinking slowly, after 25 min, I finished and the waitress finally arrived telling me, Im sorry for the delay, but with this ironic tone that he did it on purpose, at the end I wanted to pay and I had to wait 15 min until he came, i saw him at least 10 min just talking and having fun with the other waitresses, literally just wasting time and trying to bother the customer, at the end he finally says something in English "good evening" none of us said anything and then he repeat it, eypwcting us ti say "good evening" as he was now offended because we did not say anything, unbelievebale after being...

Be careful at this place, I lost some personal items on my visit the 13th January. I called this place and they told me: no problem we have them here. So I said: I’ll go this weekend to recover them. I did 90 mins round trip from home to be told that they weren’t where they stored them. So they texted their employees to ask about them and none “knew”, then I waited 30 mins and I bought myself a chai tea while waiting for their team answer. The manager told me that she would call me but never did. I had to called them back and they told me: sorry “we didn’t find them”. Which is not normal at all ‘cause they’ve told me since day 1 that they found my items. It is obvious that they are thieves in their team, be careful with your belongings and never, never, never leave without checking your place.
