My husband and I lived right down the street from Le Refuge des Moines for a year and a half. We always joked that it really was a refuge for us. After a summer day battling crowds we could return to a "real" neighborhood (17th FOREVER!) and enjoy a perfectly prepared meal in the chic setting of Le Refuge des Moines. The chef uses fresh ingredients and the menu changed regularly to reflect that. Between us, we must have tried every dish on the menus and were never disappointed. I finally went for lunch for my husband's birthday and what a find! The service from Milan was superb and the food was outstanding. Fresh, well prepared and presented. The onion soup was not only the best I had in Paris, but the best I had ever. Everything was perfect. So if you live in the 17th, be sure to go. You will not be disappointed. It is truly a treasure. Oh and the wine list is great too. Thank...
