At the beginning of the service everything seemed quite fine, the lady who served us first was lovely. Then a gentleman came to take over the service and after ordering, the appetizer arrived, I had salmon and avocado tartare (which was more avocado and a bit of salmon) but the flavours were fine. My main course was the vegetarian tagliatelle which to my shock came with an unexpected guest (a hair) whch I removed and did not make a fuss until... I found a second hair. I called the waiter and quietly showed him the hairs and without an apology or anything he took the plate and said he'll bring a new one. after quite a long wait ( my friend had finished all her food) my dish came out and clearly was the same as before. I didn't say anything until... another hair appeared! I, once again and embarrased called the waiter and quietly said that there was still hairs...he then got upset and I am pretty sure he said to me to eat it anyway. I was shocked! I said I would choose something else and went for the scallops casoletee ... it came cold and with uncooked scallops. I work in hospitality and I do understand that mistakes are made and things happen which is the reaon why I didn't make a fuss but I do believe that this gentleman could've at least apologised but sadly I didn't get anything near...
